Shipping Crunch Creates Opportunity for Handmade Artisans

As the current shipping crisis at ports all around the US drags on, I was thinking about the opportunity it creates for those people who are local, handmade artists and artisans. Many of us may be in a better position to accommodate the needs of people who will begin shopping for the holiday gift-giving season. Since our supply chains are probably not as long and complex, it makes us more responsive and we will be able to deliver orders in a time where other options may be limited.

Consider reaching out to potential clients and letting them know that you are equipped to be a source for their gift-giving needs.

You can order custom-made prints from me that are printed on archival heavyweight Hahnemuhle paper. Visit my store at MadebyHer.com:

The default size for these prints is 12" x 16", but I can accommodate alternative sizes of 5" x 7", 8"x 10", and 11" x 14".

Thanks for reading this and consider supporting your local artists and artisans.
